Notes:
  • This was billed as "performing The Dark Side of the Moon", which was Water's tour where he and his band would play a first set of various Pink Floyd and Waters (solo) songs, followed by a second set where they performed the album "The Dark Side of the Moon" in its entirety, followed by a final encore of more Pink Floyd hits.
  • This set/performance utilized special surround sound effects spread across the various speaker stacks in the field/crowd.
  • During the performance of "Sheep", Waters' crew marched out a giant inflatable pig (painted by graffiti artist Slick) through the crowd and released it into the air at the end of the song. The pig drifted off into the sky and later deflated and landed in a resident's front yard. There was later announced a $10,000.00 reward for the return of the pig's "remains" to the band. Contrary to popular belief, this releasing of the pig was not an accident, as this stunt was often performed at many of Water's concerts during this tour.
  • At one point during the set, an airplane flew over the polo fields dropping thousands of propaganda leaflets, over the crowd, related to Waters' show/performance.
  • In the far back of the field, when Waters and band returned to the stage to begin their second set and the performance of "The Dark Side of the Moon", Coachella staff started projecting the film "The Wizard of Oz" onto one of the shade tents roofs (in front of the "Bamboo Wave" art sculpture), allowing fans in the far back of the crowd to experience "The Dark Side of Oz" live.
