1999.ODDS identity was never confirmed and the "act/band/artist" never showed up any set times.
One belief is that 1999.ODDS was code for blink-182 the entire time.
Another belief/rumor was that 1999.ODDS was supposed to be a James Murphy related side project (given he was at the venue spinning vinyl in the Despacio tent the entire weekend), or even possibly code for a surprise LCD Soundsystem set.
A third rumor is that 1999.ODDS was the name/placeholder for an 88Rising artist, who either switched names prior to the event or had to cancel their appearance.
